Happy 4th Of July. The offices of the Dr's and OTNgroup and respective offices of support will be closed on Monday the 5th in observance of the Holiday, However; we will be in the office to get through emails, scheduling requests for office vists or telemed follow ups. If we received a request for any appoinment (over the weekend or on Monday) we will process it right away and this will, as always; generate emails to you to confirm your appointment has been scheudled and is on the Dr's appointment book.. but referencing the comments above I want to be certain that customers are aware the Dr's may not process anything until they return on Tuesday and that although we (OTNgroup) will be processing requests that most Dr's will not return to work until Tuedsay... of course I hope they process it the minute it is received so PLEASE send me an email when your requested is completed so I may know !? Please note that any request for a return phone call or some specific emails may not be addressed until Tuesday when normal office hours resume. Thank you, Sincerely, OTNgroup Admin
