Happy New Year from the Staff at OTNgroup ! Couple of changes. We have eliminated the higher fee for reconsults of $199 and reduced it to the same fee as a refill. With that said please note Dr's have raised their prices on refills. Face to face consults (appointments) are the same. We had to rais our refill prices accordingly to keep up with the Dr's. The refill cost is $157 (from $129) however the $199 is eliminated completely. Of course we apologize for any inconvenience and this is NOT a profit. I would speculate that most other companies will do the exact same thing (for those that use our Dr's). The savings every 3 months is certainly helpful. Any questions PLEASE let me know.
